HCRI Scholarships

The HCRI scholarship program is designed to make effective stuttering therapy affordable to individuals who are experiencing financial hardship. Funding for scholarships is made possible through the generosity of past program participants who want to give the gift of fluency to others because HCRI's therapy program has made such a remarkable difference in their lives.

Scholarships range from $500 to full tuition, and are awarded according to each personīs individual financial circumstances. Awards are designated to offset the cost of participating in the Institute's 12-day therapy program. Recipients will be determined based on household income, number of dependents, and other financial circumstances.

How to Request a Scholarship

• To apply for a scholarship, you must first submit an application to attend one of HCRI-s 17 annual stuttering therapy programs. To complete an online application, click here.

• Once you submit your therapy program application, we will contact you about your participation. At that time, you may request scholarship information and we will forward a scholarship application to you.

• Complete and return the scholarship application to HCRI. We will review your information and advise you of your qualification for an award.
